On my day of visit, the band is a solo piece. Started early at 8 plus. A nice place that is suitable for talking. The band is not too loud. Service is good. Accept credit card.
food was great and staff were friendly!! we reached pretty late but the kitchen was still open! All the dishes we ordered were really good - truffle pork / beef steak som tum / fried squid were all v yummy
Food was pricier than other shops in the area, but to be expected given the bar set up. Very bustling loud atmosphere, great place to get a drink with friends! Recommend reserving a table if you're with a large crowd
Cat on the Roof MBK in Bangkok is a rooftop restaurant with open-air city views and live music that gives it a lively, easygoing feel. I had the pad thai, which came with a nice balance of sweetness and heat, and a grilled pork salad that was fresh with a good spicy kick. Service was friendly, and the terrace makes it a comfortable place to linger. Prices run higher than street spots, but for the view and atmosphere it’s best enjoyed as an evening break after shopping at MBK.
