Stayed 6 nights st this hotel doesn't feel really comfort! First thing check in they as 1000 baby for deposit that's not what I'm expected ! The AC central control was not working, too cold at night or turn off too hot and keep waking up turn on turn off the AC! Room cleaner never cleaned the floor thing I spotted on I leave over on the floor few days ago still on my floor, the cleaner just simple just make your sheets and change your towels. Shower room doesn't have a curtain, when you showed the floor were wet everywhere! The receptionist always shows like they have a really important role and never showed the friendliness on their face! Will not recommend
The only good thing about this hotel is location. I stayed one night. It was fortunate that I didn't book it for longer. My room was upgraded straight away when I checked in. The room was spacious, yes, but it was unbearable hot. The AC didn't cool down, but even if the filters were cleaned out of dust, it would not be able to cool down the room to the comfortable temperature. In the toilet was hot like in a Sauna, literally, without exaggeration. The thing is that the hotel was poorly designed. Huge windows are facing the sun. Rooms are like greenhouse, traps all the heat. So in my opinion cleaning AC, fixing some small details won't help. The building should be renovated. Anyway, we requested another room. We got a room even bigger with 2 AC. It was cooler than the previous one, but still hot. Good for us that we used to heat and can sleep with 28 degrees temperature, but I believe those who travel from north will have bad nights in the hotel. Save your trip from frustrating moments.
My four nights here was amazing! The room is spacious enough for me who traveling alone. The bathroom was quite big, aircon working well, they even provide a small fridge and tea coffee maker. The location near with almost everything, Seven Eleven less than a minute walking from the hotel. View from the rooftop was great as well. And the staff, they're amazing. Very polite, kind and helpfull. I will stay here again when visit bangkok again for sure.
