Loved every bit of it. The location is great. It is a quite street and seemed very family friendly. The staffs were really nice. Smooth check in and check out. They have a free shuttle service in their in houss tuk tuk to terminal 21 every half an hour. You can access the Asok BTS after you take the shuttle to terminal 21. I am staying here again if I ever visit bangkok again.
Stayed 3 nights in the superior room 1411. The room faces another building but it did not matter since we were out most of the time. Bkf was very well thought out catering to different needs - halal, indian, gluten free, kids corner, and of coz a live noodle and egg station offering omelette, poached eggs and even egg benedict. Quality and variety of food are good as they offer out of the norm dishes like hummus, honeycomb. Room is basic and shows its age with worn furniture and semi-broken charging points and blown light. Amenities are modern and room is clean with daily towel change. Toothbrush provided is appreciated but it looks like its meant for kids with the small brush head. Location is salvaged by the tuk tuk service, esp with the welcoming driver Sak. Beside the hotel u find massage (Nautly and the nearby Relax Time are good!), laundromat, 7-11. Chocolate hour is well appreciated but no need to rush back for that. I wish to highlight the in-room 2hr massage that came with my room package. Freelance Therapist Aung is fantastic! We had a wonderful two-night stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was very enjoyable each morning. The complimentary shuttle service was also very useful and made getting around much more convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although fairly average compared to the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities. A special thank you to the hotel team for helping arrange a birthday celebration for my son ❤️ The staff went the extra mile to make the occasion memorable, and we truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Bangkok.
My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Bangkok Sukhumvit 15 from 4 to 10 May 2026. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. As a Platinum member, check-in and check-out were effortlessly smooth, with immediate confirmation of our executive lounge access. The executive lounge was a genuine highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the famous Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, a delightful treat, as well as the impressive selection of drinks and food on offer throughout the day. It made every evening feel special. The pool and gym are both excellent, well-maintained, spacious, and never overcrowded. The property's location is superb: just a short walk from the BTS Skytrain station, and the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Terminal 21 (running every 30 minutes) made shopping and exploring the city incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay truly memorable: Tunva, Ja, Samadrita, Olaf, Gill, and Rita. Each of them went above and beyond with warm, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt service. It is rare to find a team so consistently outstanding. This is unquestionably a five-star property delivering five-star service. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely return. Highly recommended for couples seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience in Bangkok.
I had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15. The location is excellent, right in the Sukhumvit area, close to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, yet slightly tucked away from the main road, which makes it quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed, with very comfortable beds and good soundproofing. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service level matched the hotel’s standards. A nice highlight was the daily chocolate hour, which adds a pleasant touch to the experience. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, with both international and local options. The rooftop pool and bar are great for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Overall, Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 offers excellent comfort, good service, and strong value for money. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and business travelers visiting Bangkok.
