This is our 2nd time back at Baan. First in November 2024 & then now in May 2026. Both experiences have been incredible! We loved it so much the first time that we brought my boyfriend’s parents back. It is such an amazing experience staying at Baan in Talot Noi - an incredible area to wander! The hotel itself is beautiful and well taken care of. Tong & the woman who cleaned our rooms were so sweet & incredibly helpful. They provided drinking water, robes, slippers, & homemade Thai treats that were so tasty. Rooms are well cooled, house is shockingly quiet, room refresh each day was extensive… I wouldn’t change a thing. Can’t wait to be back!! Hopefully for even longer next time :)
Baan 2459 is a perfect boutique hotel option in Bangkok! The property is beautiful and the rooms are so charming. The location is absolutely perfect as it’s close to song wat road as well as china town + the MRT and Ratchawong pier. The staff was so sweet and gave tons of recommendations as well as helped me book a really nice dinner reservation. Highly recommend!
Beautiful property in a great location! Easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants in Chinatown and Song Wat Road. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful.
We just spent part of our honeymoon at this boutique and absolutely loved it. We stayed in the junior suite (room 2). It is very spacious with a big bathroom. There is a stand alone bath which was fantastic after daily walks around Bangkok. The staff really looked after us. We will definitely stay here again.
An absolutely flawless stay. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views that greet you from every window. The service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. For anyone who loves taking photos, this place is a dream come true; every single corner is incredibly photogenic. We left feeling completely refreshed. Highly, highly recommend!
