Alt Hotel Nana by UHG ended up being a really solid choice for the price. I liked that the free shuttle made getting to and from the BTS easy, even late in the evening, so the location felt much less of an issue. Breakfast was just okay, but there are plenty of local food options nearby if you want something better before heading out.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. During our trip, we had an issue with a driver that we booked ourselves and who was not affiliated with the hotel. Even though it was not their responsibility, the hotel staff immediately stepped in, spoke with the driver, helped resolve the situation, and supported us throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated how much they cared about their guests. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Booked alt Deluxe Suite, room was not upto mark, not cleaned property, dirty chairs and sofa (also not as per shown in booking pictures). Hotel is good with nice staff. Room has microwave and kitchen utensils. They provide free pick and drop to nearest metro and bus stop by tuktuk.
I’ve stayed at Alt Hotel Nana by UHG, Sukhumvit 4 several times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the outstanding service provided by the staff. I especially want to recognize Dao and Eve for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every interaction was met with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help, making each visit a memorable one. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and it’s clear that Dao and Eve take great pride in what they do. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope their hard work and dedication are recognized. In my opinion, they have demonstrated the qualities of future leaders and would be well deserving of a promotion. Thank you, Dao and Eve, for always making me feel at home. Your dedication is a big reason why I continue to choose Alt Hotel Nana by UHG whenever I’m in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great accommodation with truly exceptional service.
Really good experience! The hotel’s location is great (very close to the centre). The staff is really nice and helpful - especially Ying in reception. The room was so spacious and lovely (we had a superiour double room because we got upgraded by booking.com because of my points). The hotel is overall just very clean and well maintained by the staff. Pool area was nice, but the gym equipment didn’t all work properly and the ac didn’t work well in gym, but that’s all minor.
