All thing you need is here. I'm staying with wife 2 kids and using the room that occupied with 1 queen and 1 single bed, the room was so spacious, its also have sofa bed (if you travelling with 4 people you also can use the same room) The location is really good with car access in front of hotel (not all hotel in pratunam area can access by car in their lobby). The location is near to the pratunam market and also the platinum fashion mall, which is only need 5 - 10 minutes walk, also near the coffee shop and thai massages. For moslem traveller the location is also near Muslim Food Small restaurant (morning to afternoon) and various halal food (night) at pratunam traditional market. The hotel service is also great, all hotel staff so helpfull, they also good in english. Even the hotel doesnt have restaurant, they providing you coffee mechine and also softcake that you can take freely in the morning, they also have a share facilities at 2nd floor that consist of ironing, meal plate, spoon, microwave and ect. Only good thing about this place is the location. The room smelled like mold, and I didn’t appreciate the attitude of one of the staff members. They charged me 500 baht for a stained towel that was clearly washable, and the staff even told me to wash it myself. When we tried to explain that the stain could be removed, he raised his voice at us, which felt very rude and unprofessional. I still ended up paying the 500 baht, but the whole experience left me feeling disappointed. If you’re looking to save money, this place might work for you, but I definitely won’t be coming back on my next trip.
Just coming back a few days ago from here, Very nice hotel. Walk around 3-5 minutes to Pratunam Night Market, Room spacious, the bathroom and toilet separated, there's personal rooftop access if you were staying at 7th floor from inside your room. one lift, a little bit small enough for two to three. If you're staying on lower floor just try to take the stairs instead haha, Especially if you're bumping into people check-outs. Grab, Bolt easy access. Staffs where friendly
Overall, a very nice stay and I would recommend! We stayed in the room with the two full beds and two twin bunk above with the pool/pingpong table and projector TV and couch set up. There were two showers and two toilets. The water was nice and hot and clean for the most part. I will say there were some black specs in the grouts but nothing that couldn't be avoided. We did not use it, but there was laundry service available. The sizeable little fridge held plenty of food and there was plenty of water provided. There were plenty of outlets and the wifi was excellent as well!! The only downside was that the upper bunks were a bit creepy with cobwebs in the corner and any flying bugs liking to collect there. The location was on a quieter street and an easy walk to the street clothing market and the Platinum Mall, if you need to go farther it was easy to hail a cab from the hotel or on a nearby street.
