We stayed at Metro Pratunam Boutique for 3 nights and everything was very nice. The staff were very helpful, and the place is about a 15-minute walk to BTS Chit Lom station, making it convenient to travel around and change routes. The room was big and spacious with enough lighting, the AC was very cool, and they also provided a fan. Each bunk bed had its own outlet and reading light, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pictures.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Thailand. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful. I would definitely come back. We especially want to thank the baby for her outstanding hospitality. She was polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Lovely place! Service was so amazing! The staff was helpful 24/7. My luggage was delayed from the airport, and on the staff members called Nam really helped me get in touch with thai airways and helped keeping up on any updates on my luggage through the whole process. It was so helpful in a stressful situation. Thank you so much for the great service!
We stayed in a Quintuple Room for five people with a private bathroom. The room was spacious and had a sofa and a TV. We also stayed in a Superior Quadruple Room for four people with a private bathroom. This room was not spacious and did not have a sofa or a TV. One thing we appreciated was that early check-in was available. Overall review: - Wi-Fi connected properly - Clean and spacious bathroom in the Quintuple Room - Affordable price
