★★★★★ Outstanding Two-Week Stay at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumphini Park We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumphini Park for two weeks, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The breakfast and Executive Lounge staff consistently provided exceptional, warm, and attentive service. We are vegan, and the chefs graciously prepared delicious vegan meals for us each day, which we greatly appreciated. I am barefoot for religious reasons, and—as I have experienced at IHG properties around the world—I was welcomed with open arms and treated with genuine kindness and respect. Our rooms were exceptionally clean, and the complimentary drinking water supplied daily was a wonderful touch. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning was wonderfully ice-cold, making for fantastic sleeping. Because the guest rooms are located on the higher floors, they feel peaceful and protected from the constant roar and energy of Bangkok below. The location may truly be the best in the city. Lumphini Park is directly across the street, which was perfect for me as a runner. Two major public transportation stations are also literally just a short walk from the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore Bangkok. After spending two full weeks here, we can confidently say that the outstanding staff, comfortable rooms, excellent vegan accommodations, peaceful atmosphere, and unbeatable location made this a true five-star experience. I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza for seven nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a terrific location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was great and genuinely focused on providing outstanding service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated having a kitchenette, which made my week-long stay even more convenient. The lounge team was exceptional! This was my second stay at the Crowne Plaza, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park for one night, and overall I had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service. Room: I was upgraded to a Premium Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my family. Breakfast: There was a great variety of food, including international, Japanese, and Thai cuisine, as well as plenty of fresh fruit. The only small disappointment was that my daughter couldn't find ramen at breakfast this time, as she had really enjoyed it during our previous stay. Club Lounge: Khun May and all of the lounge staff were exceptional. They handled both my check-in and check-out efficiently at the Club Lounge, making the whole process quick and seamless. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality!
I had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Although the hotel is over ten years old from the outside, the interior feels modern, stylish, and beautifully designed with warm and contemporary colors. The food was delicious, and every dish was presented beautifully with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ✨🍽️
