I had a positive experience overall. Everything was organized, easy to understand, and handled professionally. The quality met my expectations, and the entire process felt smooth from beginning to end. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable option.
Genuinely really enjoyed my stay here. The guy who runs it was super lovely checking me in and sent me a load of recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc and was super accommodating. My room was big, clean, bright and had a lovely shower. Hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, but has a dining room area you can prep food and eat anything you want delivered too which was a nice touch. There is a 7/11 directly outside along with a bus stop, and you’re around a 20-30 minute walk from the grand palace etc. easy to get to most places in a grab. Would stay here again if I was in Bangkok
I had a really pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how well everything was maintained — housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. One small suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the hotel could provide a water purifier or drinking water station for guests. Given the hot weather in Thailand, having easy access to clean drinking water would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful stay! The location is great — right next to a 7/11 convenience store and a taxi stand, which made everything super easy. The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. As soon as we arrived, they gave us a detailed city briefing with a map, full of great recommendations on where to go and how to get around. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and spacious, with a nice shower, smart TV, and fridge in every room. Everything felt very comfortable and well thought out. We had a stressful situation when we realized we had left an important item in the car we traveled in an hour earlier — and we had to leave for the Bangkok airport shortly after. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and managed to have the item returned to us in less than an hour! Truly exceptional service. Honest, kind people who genuinely care about their guests. Highly, highly recommended!
