I had a really great stay here! Thank you so much, Tor and Kong, for the excellent service. You were both very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel should definitely be proud to have such wonderful staff. I also had a very good sleep and felt really comfortable during my stay. Everything was great, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Bangkok. Thank you again, Tor and Kong and to the other staff!
Had a great stay at My Hotel Pratunam. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need in Bangkok. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bumbam and Kong for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
We stay in bangkok, thailand for 4 days and 3 nights by booking through a travel agency and we stay in My hotel Pratunam. I give this hotel a 5 star because it was a great experience and we did not encounter any mistakes or any error. The staff was accommodating upon our arrival, they will ask you to deposit an incidental charge which is for us 500 baht (1k in pesos). The check in time is 2:00 and we arrived much earlier and the lobby was packed with people who’s also a filipinos. Upon giving the charge, they will hand you a keycard to your room which serves as the key to unlock the room and put power to the room. What i personally like on the room is the big mirror in the wall, because with this i can do my hair, makeup, do an outfit check and other stuff. The room was well lit and cleaned, there was no broken machine or any malfunction to the equipments so overall it was smooth. The room also includes a free water which is very nice. The staff cleans the room everyday and leaves two free water bottles. The bed was comfortable and very clean, there was no stain or any odor. The room also includes a free towel, toothbrush and toothpaste, and also a shampoo and a body-wash. Me and mom recommended this hotel because it was accommodating and accessible to all areas, it was near the pratunam market where we shop to their souvenirs, clothes, and foods. It was a wonderful experience for us especially it was our first international travel, and hopefully when we came back together with my father also. We will definitely book this hotel again when we come back and we will stay a little longer to really enjoy thailand. ❤️ Thank you so much @MyHotel Pratunam for the lovely experience.❤️
My family and I stayed here for 3 days and our stay was very comfortable. It’s located near the night market and around 10 minutes walk to Platinum Mall. They also offer a breakfast buffet which me and my family enjoyed (especially the sausage) I just wished it has more variety but for a 3 star hotel, the foods were very satisfying. The room we took was very big and every appliances were working well, I was contemplating to bring my hair dryer because it’s heavy so I didn’t and I was very relieved when I saw that there’s one at the hotel. The shower was really nice and the hot water was very soothing after being cold because of the ac. The staff were also nice and very accommodating helping us with our luggages. Special mention to the staffs, Kong and Off (if I remember correctly😅) they assisted us at checkout and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bangkok!
We had a wonderful 4 days and 3 nights stay at My Hotel Pratunam in Thailand! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is definitely a big plus—very convenient for shopping, especially with Pratunam Market and nearby malls just a short walk away. It made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring everything was fresh and organized every day. The bed was cozy, and we were able to rest well after long days of exploring the city. We also appreciated the overall safety and accessibility of the hotel. Transportation options were easy to find, and the surrounding area had plenty of food choices to try. Overall, we had a pleasant and hassle-free experience. We would definitely recommend My Hotel Pratunam to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay in Bangkok. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!
