The hotel is beautiful and charming, with a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Bank and Noom, for cleaning our room every day. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate their hard work and were very impressed with their service.
I have been treated like a queen in this hotel. I had an issue with my room and they generously upgraded me to another. I have been waited on hand and foot and every need met with a smile. I am delighted by their hearty willingness to make my stay comfortable. Extended my stay to enjoy the pampering even more. The location is fantastic. A hop-skip-and-jump to the Thonglor BTS station. Hotel has an hourly shuttle to the station. Great restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Fancy shmancy part of the city.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bangkok and close to many shopping areas, with easy access to public transportation. What impressed me the most was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team Koko, Pookky, and Fern for taking such good care of my room during my stay. They were always thoughtful, attentive, and kept everything clean and comfortable. Their warm service made me feel truly welcomed and added so much to my overall experience. Thank you all for your hard work and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
This is a cute hotel with a great breakfast, tucked a bit off the beaten path. However, they provide a ride to the nearby BTS station, making it easy to get around. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's also a charming little pool and a relaxed outdoor area to unwind. Overall, it's excellent value for the price. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The location is excellent, in the Sukhumvit area and close to the BTS. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable and pleasant rooms. The staff are particularly kind and welcoming. The welcome drink on arrival is a nice touch, and the service is attentive, also helped with my luggage when I arrived. The only small downside was the bath towels, which were very worn out, some even with holes in them. This is not something you would expect in a 4-star hotel, and it’s a point that could definitely be improved. Despite this small detail, I had a great stay and would still recommend this hotel for its location and the quality of its service.
