⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the team at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect balance of luxury and tranquillity. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Bangkok. A special thank you to the Concierge team, who were outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us with recommendations, transport, and local advice, always with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The facilities are first class. The pool, spa, gym, and onsen were all beautifully maintained, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of high-quality food to suit every taste. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel made the occasion even more special with their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Those little gestures created memories we’ll never forget. The location in Thonglor is fantastic—close to wonderful restaurants, cafés, shopping, and transport, while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Thank you to every member of the team for making our first visit to Thailand such a memorable one. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Great experience at this hotel with my family! We loved the rooms with extra large king beds, pool, steam rooms, and game room for the kids (and adults enjoyed too!). Also really great staff and service. Otto’s fitness classes were super fun and a great workout. He’s the best!!! So friendly and helpful. Tom and New were excellent instructors in the Muy Thai class. We also loved Emelia in the cafe. She was always so kind to my family and took great care of us every time we had a meal there. We’ll definitely return to this hotel!!
Booked thru Agoda and emailed hotel, requested for connecting room. However, Hotel told me to cancel original booking and rebook but have paid the original and needed to pay again. Didn’t do that! When arrived at Hotel, thank goodness we were attended to by Art Channarong who is such professional, listened attentively and sorted our rooms. He also took time to explain everything. He really went out his way to make our stay really comfortable and never failed to check on us each time we passed the reception. On top of that, all the Hotel staff are really friendly, warm and helpful Amazing team and kudos to Mr. Art
I took a hybrid training session with Coach Otto, and it exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable and paid close attention to my form throughout the workout, making sure every movement was performed correctly and safely. What I appreciated most was how he adapted the session to my fitness level while still challenging me. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, which helped me learn the purpose behind each exercise instead of just following instructions. The session was well-structured, engaging, and motivating from start to finish. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to continue training. Coach Otto is professional, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping his clients improve. I would highly recommend his hybrid training sessions to anyone looking for an effective and enjoyable workout experience.
This hotel was definitely one of my best experiences in Bangkok. It was really quiet. The swimming pool was super clean. The staff were super competent and great even the trainees like Mr. Latif and Mr. Thada were so professional and kind with positive attitude and they helped us explore the city in the best way . The taxi service was also very comfortable and convenient. Their breakfast was so delicious and really complete. Their rooms were standard and super clean. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
