The suite was well-equipped and very clean, although it is starting to show its age. The view was spectacular, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shopping malls and great street food options within walking distance. The location is perfect. One suggestion for improvement: the air conditioner could use a thorough cleaning.
The rooms need update asap. It is also Not quiet. We got there and first time using the toilet we saw a leaking that was a lot. We called, they send someone to look but didn't fix. Next they somebody else went there to look but didn't fix it and then someone went to fix. Good thing it was and easy fix. The toilet paper was just a little bit so we had to ask for another which didn't got delivered so we used the tissues lol. The place is clean alright, the AC comes straight to our face at night, not pleasant at all, the lights are a trick. I called for a sewing complementary kit and they didn't delivered it. Because we placed a do not disturb sign, they didn't delivered the water. I asked and still nothing so I went outside to find a house keeper who gave it to me promptly. I don't care if we are leaving the hotel in 5 hours, once we are still there we should be treated as a customer. We switched to another hotel because of these issues. The staff is nice, the breakfast is complete and delicious.
The hotel was excellent in every aspect, and my stay in Thailand was truly a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Ms. Sara (the manager) and Mr. Camping (the assistant) for their warm hospitality and great support. There was a minor issue during my stay, but it was handled very professionally. I was kindly upgraded to two rooms with a balcony, which shows their generosity and commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.
The service level of the staff here is fantastic. Camping, a front desk staff member, was extremely helpful and honestly made our experience with this hotel excellent. We were a group of 9 and we stayed at this hotel for a total of 8 or so nights. The location is convenient - it is next to Platinum Mall and within walking distance of Central (10-15min) /Siam Square (15+ mins)/ Big C super centre (10mins). There is a massage place located on the first floor that is honestly really good. The rooms are spacious, the hard surfaces are generally clean and the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly. But... the carpet 😅 I have seen the staff clean them thoroughly daily, but it's still just a really old carpet that doesn't feel clean. I had an unwelcome visitor in my room, and when I told the staff, they took extra notes and assured me housekeeping would clean it extra thoroughly. It is definitely an older hotel and you can tell; but the staff do their best daily. The bellboys are also really helpful, except for their leader (I think - with glasses). When we were leaving for a day trip, he kept arguing with us that each room can only keep 2 luggages with the hotel, despite the fact that we had booked multiple rooms for multiple nights. He did not want to help us keep 2 more small duffel bags. Even after front desk went to him to explain, he seemed to be very resistant and conceded only after a long conversation. In my opinion, this is a great hotel to stay in if you value proximity to shopping hotspots. But do take note that the roads nearby are almost always jammed because of that proximity - it can take a while to get a car sometimes, so if you take GrabBike, this will be perfect but be prepared for car jams.
