Hotel was nice, location was perfect for us but above all... The staff were the hidden jewels of this place! The staff were so amazing, at tentative and helpful to the extent the infrastructure could've been 7 🌟 stars and I wouldn't have cared! I'll always be revisiting whenever I'm in this area, no better place for us tbh 😍
Location is great. Near BTS sky train (nana station). Neat and clean hotel. Within city centre. Halal food is available here. Break fast not bad. Service is good. If you book from Agoda you will get discounted price as I got. Family tour is best in this hotel. Thanks.
It was an amazing experience located at the heart of Bangkok the location the ambience setting and most importantly the hospitality of the staff. I need to mention Vikaran who is a the most amazing example of hospitality one can find in the hotel industry. He is attentive solution oriented and his advice is on point. A gem of a guy and most importantly an asset to this establishment. Thank you for your kindness shown to me Vikaran. Now about the rooms they are very spacious and nothing is outdated. Well lit ... Clean and zero odour. One final note of mention the breakfast is not expansive but has plenty of tasty and healthy options to start your day happy. Kudos to all at Grand 5 👍

“Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay” I had a pleasant stay at Grand 5 Hotel and Plaza. The location is very convenient, especially for shopping and getting around the city. Everything you need is close by, which made the stay easy and stress free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall environment felt calm despite being in a busy area. The staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it is a good option if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a central location. I would consider staying here again.
