The place is good in everything unfortunately during our stay we move to a different room to be specific room from 515 to 415.. thus is where the issue happen... room 415 has alot... alike alot of small cockroaches in the bathroom and even on the bed... hopefully they can fix the issue....
Cloud 9 provided very kind and helpful service during our stay. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and made our experience smooth and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was that they provided a weight machine for luggage, which was very useful for checking baggage before the flight. Another great support from the hotel was that they kept our luggage safely for 2 days, which helped us a lot with our travel plan. This kind of service shows that they truly care about the convenience of their guests. Overall, I found Cloud 9 to be reliable, supportive, and customer-friendly. Their good service and thoughtful assistance made a positive impression on me, and I would gladly recommend them to other travelers.
Budget hotel considering affordable for expensive city like Bangkok. Lower expectations if you are looking for this hotel. Outside hotel are filthy with Mickey 🐁 and some parts are smelly near the alley. Room are small, some room needed badly for repairs. But talk to the front office politely and they will help to change the room once empty rooms available. Not suitable for families with children but couples or backpackers are alright.
Reminiscing to be back in this part of bkk. Room are value for money in this area. Budget is the key. Hotel front are well lit at night despite being in the Soi. Room is no nonsense, suitable for those out the whole day only back for sleep. Clean room for sure. Welcomed by the young, kind front desk who is fluent in English. Not forgetting the young boy at night who also fluent in English. Despite having the noisy air con, the service from the staff and location of this hotel makes up to that.. As mentioned by others, there’s a refundable 500baht deposit.
