I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to the General Manager J J, for her kindness and hospitality, and to the receptionist, Rose, who was always helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
The hotel is conveniently located near the Airport Rail Link, with easy access to popular shopping destinations such as Baiyoke Sky, Pratunam Market, and Platinum Fashion Mall. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A special thanks to Pu from the Front Office, who was helpful when we checked and made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was really good with a variety of dishes and a menu that changed daily, which kept things fresh. Overall, it offers great value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
I had an amazing 4-night stay at Hotel De Bangkok. Our rooms were consistently clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a superb balcony that included a smoking area and space to hang clothes. Both the room and balcony felt generously sized, and the bathroom even had a relaxing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel is also very kid-friendly—my niece especially loved the books and toys available in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was truly a highlight of our stay. I still can’t forget the eggs every morning! A special shoutout to Da, who always took the time to ask how I wanted my eggs and made sure we were well taken care of. She was attentive, kind, and always quick to assist whenever needed. Da is a true gem, and her dedication to excellent service made our stay extra special. The location is also excellent, very near Pratunam Night Market, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. On top of everything, the hotel is super affordable, offering great value for money. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and would happily return again. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at Hotel de Bangkok from 2nd April to 6th April 2026 in Room 434 on a bed and breakfast basis, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally tidy and well maintained throughout my stay. The room environment was comfortable, clean, and well arranged, making it ideal for relaxation after a busy day. Housekeeping was done daily to a high standard, ensuring that the room remained fresh and welcoming at all times. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future. I would also recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Bangkok. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.
Overall it was a good experience. The service was good too. We stayed for 2 nights in 1st week of March 2026. The location is perfect. You can easily get on the ARL from Airport and get down at Ratchaprarop station and hardly walk 5 mins to the hotel. The staff is friendly and polite. The cleaning staff can have language barrier issues though, so make sure you have a chat with the reception first and then ask them to direct the housekeeping what needs to be done. (Which is completely fine, no complaints there). We faced a challenge with housekeeping hence the advise. We faced problems with our bath tub. A corner of the bath tub was broken(Sealant had worn off) and due to that the whole washroom flooded while taking a shower. That was the only disappointment. Breakfast is good quality and tasty too if you are open to trying different foods. The balcony was huge and they also provided a drying stand for clothes which was helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.
